CSA-Certified Manufactured Homes

We’re so excited to share the news! Our tiny homes have been certified as manufactured homes by CSA – the Canadian Standards Association.

Our Sitka and Willow models are now CSA-certified to the Z240-MH standard. We’ve been working on this for a while. It’s big news for us and even better news for you, the home buyer! 

For us it means we can offer our home buyers added assurance that their new tiny home has passed all the necessary inspections, met all the standards, and is now CSA-certified as a manufactured home.

For you – the new home buyer – CSA certification means:

• It will be easier for you to get a mortgage, financing and home insurance
• You can live in a manufactured home year-round – unlike RVs which are not certified for year-round living
• Many communities have local requirements that favour certified manufactured homes over other types of mobile dwellings

You can rest easy knowing you are buying a quality Canadian Tiny Home that is CSA-certified!
